Met one of the owners at one of my recent markets and I have to say, I am skeptical of any coffee roaster because I haven’t liked any in the past. I stick to my Lavazza in my Breville espresso machine and I liked how it was. I’m very much a “rhythm” person and I get wary straying off my path, BUT I just HAVE to say: the Papua New Guinea has been my reason for getting out of bed on my days off. I got the bag of beans on Thursday. Messed with the tamp, grind size, etc on Friday. Made my first (dare I say…?) perfect cup on Saturday. It’s now Sunday and I whispered to my cup this morning “Erin, you’ve outdone yourself”. The crema on this blend is outrageous. Boy, I have never been so happy to be proven wrong. Maybe I’ll step out of my comfort zone more often. Brewed a double shot over ice. In a cup goes ice, cream, and syrup. Added the chilled shot and viola: heaven.

Such a great place! When my wife and I visit we feel like we're at home among friends in the community. To top it off, the coffee is excellent! Great espresso!!

Fennario roasts some of the most amazing coffee I've ever tried!!! If you're looking for an exceptional, ethically-sourced cup, do yourself a favor and buy a bag (or three). Every time that my boyfriend and I stop at the Hilton Village farmer's market on Saturday mornings, the Fennario team is there with big smiles and wonderful samples. We adore Fennario's sustainability focused business model and it's so fascinating to hear about the co-ops and local farms from which the beans are sourced. Absolutely the best roaster in the area!!

My husband and I discovered Fennario coffee at the Hilton Farmer's Market and we both love it! I'm still learning about coffee and am not super particular about the beans we get, but my husband is incredibly discerning and picky and really loves their beans. We have made it as pour over, in the french press, aeropress, and as cold brew and it's just so good and so smooth in any method we've made it. Another cool thing about them is that they actually deliver local online orders by bike! Heath and Heidi (the owners) are so kind and friendly, I highly recommend them and their joe!

Fennario Coffee is amazing. So far my favorite is the Papa New Guinea (Dark Roast). I just bought a bag of Sumatra Manheling Ketiara Women’s Coop (Dark Roast) it is delicious and smooth. I like keeping a variety of coffee on hand. Ever since I have started buying Fenarrio Coffee it has become one that I must always have on hand.

We stopped in here for coffee when we were in town. The employees were extremely kind and friendly, which set the mood for our day. Such a cute place to come in and get some coffee and pastries. Very happy with what we got, thank you!

Fennario is something so special. I remember the first time I spoke with Heath about the beans that he was roasting and I bet my eyes went crossed. He is so passionate and scientific about his craft. Every time I drink my coffee that he created, I feel spoiled because it is the best coffee every time. Not only are the beans exactly perfect and interesting, but he is just a beautiful person. His heart is so big and he has poured everything into his business and it shows. Go get the best beans of your life and feel like a spoiled brat like me.

Fennario roasters are the best!! The beans are delicious, so fresh, and couldn't be more convenient, delivered locally directly to my home. You can't beat how fresh and great quality these beans are. They beat anything I've found in the area or grocery store.

Seriously the best coffee I've ever had. Heath and Heidi are wonderful and take great pride and care in providing the best product for their customers. They care about the Earth and the farmers who's beans they purchase, which I greatly appreciate. I've been buying theirs coffee for 3 years now and will not buy from anywhere else! It's great to support a small and local business who's passion shows.
